I had a water leak outstanding for around 10 days which my gardener had seen so I contacted 100% Plumbing who made arrangements for someone to arrive at 8'30am - the plumber arrived spot on 8'30am, saw the problem and immediately repaired the leak with metal materials rather than the plastic which was in situ. Ich hatte in La Fustera ein Problem mit dem Überlaufventil des Boilers. Der Kontakt mit 100% Plumbing & Construction lief komplett unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Innerhalb eines Tages wurde ein Mitarbeiter geschickt, der das Problem zunächst behob und sich – obwohl er schon im Auto saß – sofort erneut kümmerte, als es kurz darauf wieder auftrat. Er fand die eigentliche Ursache (ein sehr alter Druckreduzierer am Wassereingang) und erklärte transparent, dass dafür anderes Material nötig sei. Wir vereinbarten einen Termin für die nächste Woche. Da ich nicht vor Ort war, koordinierte ich alles über meine Nachbarin – absolut problemlos. Der Mitarbeiter war pünktlich, zuverlässig und wollte die Nachbarin nicht stören, also brachte er sogar eine Leiter mit, um über das Tor zu kommen. Die Reparatur dauerte rund zwei Stunden. Er dokumentierte alles mit Fotos und erklärte genau, was gemacht wurde. Das Ergebnis: sauber, professionell, kundenorientiert. Man sah hinterher nicht einmal, dass jemand gehämmert oder gearbeitet hatte. Fazit: schnelle Hilfe, sehr sauber gearbeitet, extrem zuverlässig und absolut vertrauenswürdig.Klare 5 Sterne.

I was looking for an air conditioning service to replace my 10 year old ones and found the perfect solution with 100%Pluming. I contacted them by WhatsApp, got the proposal right away, Mike came to look at the job and explained everything. The units had to be ordered because we wanted special ones.
